EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Josep Borrell, stating that the new EU leadership will keep the relationship with ASEAN at the centre of its foreign policy, said: “It is time to enhance cooperation in trade, security, digital, environment, and combating climate change. We need to increase our contacts and elevate our partnership to a higher level.”
